B. Details of business transacted by the Research Analyst with respect to the investors
• To publish research reports based on independent and objective analysis.
• To provide individual or group recommendation services.
• To maintain proper records, research documentation, and internal audit mechanisms as mandated by SEBI.
• To disclose clear financial interests, holdings, and conflict of interest details within the research reports.
C. Details of services provided to investors (Briefly)
• Issuance of research reports on specific listed companies, sectors, or market trends.
• Providing buy/sell/hold recommendations based on fundamental, technical, or quantitative analysis.
• Timely delivery of investment advice and reports to registered clients.
D. Rights of Investors
• To receive clean, objective, and unbiased research advice.
• To get transparent disclosures regarding any potential conflict of interest from the Research Analyst.

E. Do's and Don'ts for Investors
Do's:
• Always check the SEBI registration certificate and valid credentials of the Research Analyst before subscribing.
• Read all the terms and conditions, risk disclosure documents, and disclaimer statements carefully.
• Pay any fees only through proper and official banking channels (NEFT, UPI, Netbanking).
• Maintain records of all communications, payments, and research reports received.
Don'ts:
• Do not fall for false promises of "Guaranteed Returns" or "100% Risk-Free Profits."
• Do not share your private trading passwords, OTPs, or accounts with anyone.
• Do not make investment decisions blindly based on social media tips or unverified SMS/WhatsApp messages.
